We didn't build LoanFlow in a boardroom. We built it in the trenches — after years of watching Canadian mortgage brokers, realtors, and insurance professionals struggle with CRMs designed for someone else's market.
LoanFlow was founded in Toronto, Ontario in 2026 by a seasoned mortgage industry professional with extensive and diverse experience across Canada's lending market.
The frustration was real and constant: the best CRM tools available — GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce — were built for American markets. They had no concept of CASL, no understanding of Canadian mortgage stages, no bilingual support, and no care for PIPEDA compliance. Every workaround cost time, money, and compliance risk.
After patching together a dozen tools to manage leads, follow-ups, consent tracking, and client files, the decision was made: if no one will build this for us, we'll build it ourselves.
LoanFlow was born — the first CRM built from the ground up for the Canadian mortgage and real estate professional. Canadian servers. Canadian compliance. Canadian workflows.
I lived this problem every day as a broker. I knew exactly what needed to be built — and why it had to be Canadian-first.
Every decision we make — from product design to customer support — is guided by these four principles.
Every feature, every compliance rule, every server is built with Canada's market in mind. We don't adapt American tools — we build Canadian ones.
CASL and PIPEDA aren't checkboxes — they're foundations. Compliance is baked into every workflow, not bolted on as an afterthought.
We listen to brokers, build for brokers, and measure our success by their success. If it doesn't make your day easier, we don't ship it.
We believe AI should do the grunt work so you can focus on relationships. Smarter automation, better insights, faster closings.
Be part of the movement to give Canadian mortgage brokers and realtors a CRM that actually understands their market, their compliance requirements, and their goals.
