For LoanFlow account holders, consent is obtained at registration through acceptance of this statement and our Privacy Policy. For marketing communications, we obtain separate express consent and honour withdrawal at any time. We use clear, plain-language consent language and never pre-tick consent boxes.
We apply data minimization across all platform features. We collect only what is operationally necessary, we do not enrich contact records with externally sourced data without disclosure, and we regularly audit our data collection practices to remove fields no longer needed.
